The shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout page were you are given the opportunity to choose between a list of shipping methods and options. Important! On all Pre Order Items the shipping cost is an estimation, upon product’s arrival to our warehouse you will be notified for the exact cost.

IMPORT TAXES
Items shipped from EU to EU are not subject to import duties & taxes.
Items shipped from our EU warehouses to all non EU destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Unfortunately, DarkSide Collectibles has no control over taxes and duties in different countries.The same applies for the time it may take for shipments to go through the customs procedure.
Customs policies and processes vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. You must also make sure that you comply with any other laws that may apply when importing something to your country.

When a loyal customer reaches the threshold of โฌ1.001 in product purchases then automatically we reward him with 5% discount for all future purchases of DSC Studio products!ย The discounted purchases concern the in stock and pre order items. If for any reason the customer cancels orders after the reward and the total amount is less than โฌ1.001 then the 5% discount is also cancelled (that affects / concerns also the already discounted orders).

When a loyal customer reaches the threshold of โฌ4.001 in product purchases then automatically we reward him with 10% discount for all future purchases of DSC-Studio products! The discounted purchases concern the in stock and pre order items. If for any reason the customer cancels orders after the reward and the total amount is less than โฌ4.001 then the 10% discount is also cancelled and goes to the previous level of Lord Member Status or with no discount at all, depends on the amount cancelled (that concerns also the already discounted orders).
The Lord and Master upgrades cannot be combined with other special offers i.e. Black Friday offers etc.

- DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program is the official Reward program of Darkside Collectibles Studio.
- The DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program is sponsored by DarkSide Collectibles Studio. By automatically upgrading to a Lord or Master member of DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from DarkSide Collectibles Studio. Membership rules are void to the extent prohibited by law.
- The DarkSide Loyalty Reward program is open to individuals of at least 16 years of age. Each account must belong to only one member. Multiple customers handling one account is forbidden and the account will be terminated by DarkSide Collectibles Studio.
- Loyalty Reward discounts are valid only for purchases made online through the www.darksidetoy.com
- DarkSide Collectibles Studio may change the DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program rules, benefits, conditions of participation at any time without notice. Such changes may affect the value of present or future purchases. DarkSide Collectibles Studio may change or terminate program partners, if any, and withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, modify benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates or limit the discount percentage.

- Abuse of the Loyalty Reward Program, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of discounts or promotional offers and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by DarkSide Collectibles Studio in its sole judgment may result in cancellation of the memberโs account and future disqualification from program participation as well as forfeiture of all discounts accrued. In connection with the enforcement of any of the terms and conditions governing the DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program, DarkSide Collectibles Studio reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorneysโ fees and court costs.
- DarkSide Collectibles Studio reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by DarkSide Collectibles Studio shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.

- Members of the Loyalty Reward Program benefit by the predefined discount membership level for every eligible purchase on the DarkSide Collectibles Studio website. Discounts will be posted to the memberโs account.
- Members cannot combine DarkSide Loyalty Reward Membership program with any other discounts, rebates, coupons, rewards, gift cards, or site promotions on any one order. Orders will be adjusted to reflect only one discount / promotion usage, at DarkSideโs discretion.
- DarkSide Collectibles Studio is not responsible for communications lost due to change of address or other contact information.
- Loyalty Reward Program has no expiration date, but DarkSide Collectibles Studio reserves the right to change or end the DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program at any time without notice.

About Stock Status
PRE ORDER ITEMS
Pre Order items are items that are scheduled to be released in the near future. Due to the limited edition of the items a non refundable deposit is required for all Pre orders. Note that the estimated time of arrival is NOT exact delivery date and subject to change.ย

Many limited editions are such fast sellers that get sold out prior their release date. In this case we will not be not accepting any more orders.

DarkSide Price List
DarkSide reserves the right to make changes in the pricelist of the products & make special offers at any time. These price changes do not affect orders already placed in our system.

We will pay the return shipping cost if the return / exchange is a result of our error such as an error in filling your order and wrong product has been shipped to you. If the purchase is being returned for any other reason than those previously stated, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including those to return the item(s) to us.
DEFECTIVE – INCORRECT ITEMS
- If your order has a manufacturer defect, or if an incorrect item is shipped to you, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- As most of our items are Limited Editions there may be a possibility of the item not to be available for replacement.
- ฮote that all returns/exchanges must be sent to us and received within 14 (Fourteen) days of the original delivery date of the product to you. The product must be returned in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you. This means that the item must be returned intact with figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, outer shipment box as well as in a double boxed shipping carton, if this is how it was sent to you. Returned items that arrive with excessive damage due to improper packing may be assessed a damage product fee, of up to 10% of the product price.
- We will not replace / exchange brown outer shipping cartons or base an exchange solely on the style of shipping carton you received. The shipping cartons are made to shield the item inside from damage during the shipping process and are not considered a part of the itemโs packaging.

CANCELLATIONS
In stock items
If you have placed an order for IN-STOCK items and wish to cancel it, then you must send us directly an email at [email protected]
IN-STOCK items ship out within 1-7 working days of placing your order with us. If the product is already in route to you then you will be responsible for any and all shipping fees and package return fees.
Pre-order items
ฮคo secure your Pre-order will require a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit as well as the amount required will be clearly stated prior to check out.
Flex Pay Pre Order Items: The Non Refundable Deposit associated with the product will be charged in case of cancellation of your order.ย ย
In all cases of cancellation of your flex pay order an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product will apply on top of the already placed Non Refundable Deposit feesย
Customers who have a pre-order with us will receive an invoice with the remaining balance & shipping (if the shipping is already paid then we need to verify the dimensions of the product and if any difference applies then you will be notified accordingly) when the item arrives in our warehouses. If you no longer wish to receive your order, we ask that you please cancel it as soon as possible through email at [email protected]. The non-refundable deposit is the cancellation penalty for pre-orders cancelled during this time frame.
Otherwise if you have already paid the total amount and you have not cancelled your order with us by the time your order leaves hence the shipping process has already began then you will additionally be responsible for any and all shipping fees and package return fees.
Flexpay items cancellation fees
Due to the increased administrative costs of the Flex Pay option, DarkSide Collectibles Studio will charge Flex Pay customers a cancellation fee when a flex pay order is canceled by the customer. The cancellation fee would be the first installment Non Refundable Deposit plus an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product.
If you already paid a NRD (non-refundable deposit) and then you decided to go with an installment plan, that will serve as your cancellation fee. The NRD will takes the place of any cancellation fees.
By choosing the Flex Pay option when placing your order, you will be agreeing to pay any applicable cancellation fee. This is clearly noted on the itemโs ordering page as well as during check out. We strongly suggest that you read the terms before agreeing to the contract. By choosing ‘Flex Pay’, you agreed to pay any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Credit card companies or any other financial institution (i.e. Paypal) submitting a dispute to DarkSide Collectibles will be given a copy of this legal agreement, which results in a dismissal of the dispute. Also, any accounts with pending charge backs will be disabled to avoid further billing and shipping issues while all concerns are resolved.
Refunds
If we required to make a refund to you then we will generate a refund as soon as possible depending always by the manufacturer.
If we required to make a refund to you as a result of a mistake of ours or because you changed your mind then we will generate a refund within 1-5 working days and if we ask you to return the product then the refund will take place after receiving the item into our warehouse. We retain the right to refund the customer via whatever method is deemed appropriate. In most circumstances involving credit card transactions, we will refund to the credit card account used to purchase.
Credit card companies may take an additional 7 to 21 days to reflect the credit in a customer’s account. If we confirmed a refund to your credit card account but the amount has not registered in the account itself, we suggest that you contact your credit card company for more information.
PLEASE NOTE THAT
For correct use of the flex payment system please note that your cart must contain products that have the same number of installment options. For example 10 installments. If your cart contains a product with 10 flex payments and a product with 6 flex payments you will not be able to proceed to checkout. For cases of different installment plans please use indivudual orders per product.
If Shipping / Posting costs apply they will be added at the final installment.
