On all Pre Order Items the shipping cost is an estimation, upon product's arrival to our warehouse you will be notified for the exact cost.

  • Items shipped from EU to EU are not subject to import duties & taxes.
  • Items shipped from our EU warehouses to all non EU destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
  • Unfortunately, DarkSide Collectibles has no control over taxes and duties in different countries.The same applies for the time it may take for shipments to go through the customs procedure.
  • Customs policies and processes vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. You must also make sure that you comply with any other laws that may apply when importing something to your country.

All determinations by DarkSide Collectibles Studio shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.

    • Privacy Policy: The information provided by the member will be handled according to the Dark Side Collectibles Studio Privacy Policy.     • Members of the Loyalty Reward Program benefit by the predefined discount membership level for every eligible purchase on the DarkSide Collectibles Studio website. Discounts will be posted to the member's account.

    • Members cannot combine DarkSide Loyalty Reward Membership program with any other discounts, rebates, coupons, rewards, gift cards, or site promotions on any one order. Orders will be adjusted to reflect only one discount / promotion usage, at DarkSide's discretion.
    • DarkSide Collectibles Studio is not responsible for communications lost due to change of address or other contact information.

    • Loyalty Reward Program has no expiration date, but DarkSide Collectibles Studio reserves the right to change or end the DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program at any time without notice.

    Proceeding in the DarkSide Loyalty Reward Program becomes effective only upon acceptance of these terms and conditions.Upgrade to Lord Member

    The Lord and Master upgrades cannot be combined with other special offers i.e. Black Friday offers etc.

    When a loyal customer reaches the threshold of €1.001 in product purchases then automatically we reward him with 5% discount for all future purchases of DSC Studio products! The discounted purchases concern the in stock and pre order items. If for any reason the customer cancels orders after the reward and the total amount is less than €1.001 then the 5% discount is also cancelled (that affects / concerns also the already discounted orders).

    DEFECTIVE - INCORRECT ITEMS
  • If your order has a manufacturer defect, or if an incorrect item is shipped to you, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • As most of our items are Limited Editions there may be a possibility of the item not to be available for replacement.
  • Νote that all returns/exchanges must be sent to us and received within 14 (Fourteen) days of the original delivery date of the product to you. The product must be returned in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you. This means that the item must be returned intact with figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, outer shipment box as well as in a double boxed shipping carton, if this is how it was sent to you. Returned items that arrive with excessive damage due to improper packing may be assessed a damage product fee, of up to 10% of the product price.
  • We will not replace / exchange brown outer shipping cartons or base an exchange solely on the style of shipping carton you received. The shipping cartons are made to shield the item inside from damage during the shipping process and are not considered a part of the item’s packaging.
  • Returns are accepted even if you have changed your mind. The product must be returned factory sealed as received otherwise it will not be accepted. Actual shipping costs are not refundable even if the product has been offered to you with free shipping. The customer is responsible of return shipping costs including insurance. A restocking fee of 10% of the value of the product will apply for all returns.

    We will pay the return shipping cost if the return / exchange is a result of our error such as an error in filling your order and wrong product has been shipped to you.     Our members can enjoy multiple installments depending the status of the product (in stock or pre order).
    How it works
    On each product's page choose the Flex Payment option and check the available installments. Choose the most suitable and proceed to check out. Important! The first installment would be the Non Refundable Deposit for both categories IN STOCK & PRE ORDER.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT

  • For correct use of the flex payment system please note that your cart must contain products that have the same number of installment options. For example 10 installments. If your cart contains a product with 10 flex payments and a product with 6 flex payments you will not be able to proceed to checkout. For cases of different installment plans please use indivudual orders per product.

  • If Shipping / Posting costs apply they will be added at the final installment.

  • Products will Post as soon as all installments are paid.
    • FLEXPAY ITEM CANCELLATION FEES

    Due to the increased administrative costs of the Flex Pay option, DarkSide Collectibles Studio will charge Flex Pay customers a cancellation fee when a flex pay order is canceled by the customer. The cancellation fee would be the first installment Non Refundable Deposit plus an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product.
    If you already paid a NRD (non-refundable deposit) and then you decided to go with an installment plan, that will serve as your cancellation fee.

    FEE CHART

    By choosing the Flex Pay option when placing your order, you will be agreeing to pay any applicable cancellation fee. This is clearly noted on the item’s ordering page as well as during check out. We strongly suggest that you read the terms before agreeing to the contract. By choosing 'Flex Pay', you agreed to pay any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Credit card companies or any other financial institution (i.e. Paypal) submitting a dispute to DarkSide Collectibles will be given a copy of this legal agreement, which results in a dismissal of the dispute. Also, any accounts with pending charge backs will be disabled to avoid further billing and shipping issues while all concerns are resolved.

    All our customers can enter this section and take a look in our Collector's Bank. Everyone can send us the details of the product he wishes to sell, photos and all requested details and everyone can buy these items through DarkSide Collectibles.Our company will be the middle-man and make every transaction to end safely and guarantee. All products sold will enter our warehouse, get inspected by our personnel and send to the buyer. DarkSide Collectibles will earn a 10% fee from every transaction.

    By placing an order from the armory, you accept the following terms:

    Τo secure your Pre-order will require a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit as well as the amount required will be clearly stated prior to check out.

    Flex Pay Pre Order Items: The Non Refundable Deposit associated with the product will be charged in case of cancellation of your order. 

    In all cases of cancellation of your flex pay order an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product will apply on top of the already placed Non Refundable Deposit fees .

    Customers who have a pre-order with us will receive an invoice with the remaining balance & shipping (if the shipping is already paid then we need to verify the dimensions of the product and if any difference applies then you will be notified accordingly) when the item arrives in our warehouses. If you no longer wish to receive your order, we ask that you please cancel it as soon as possible through email at [email protected]. The non-refundable deposit is the cancellation penalty for pre-orders cancelled during this time frame.

    Otherwise if you have already paid the total amount and you have not cancelled your order with us by the time your order leaves hence the shipping process has already began then you will additionally be responsible for any and all shipping fees and package return fees.

    Due to the increased administrative costs of the Flex Pay option, DarkSide Collectibles Studio will charge Flex Pay customers a cancellation fee when a flex pay order is canceled by the customer. The cancellation fee would be the first installment Non Refundable Deposit plus an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product.

    If you already paid a NRD (non-refundable deposit) and then you decided to go with an installment plan, that will serve as your cancellation fee. The NRD will takes the place of any cancellation fees.

    By choosing the Flex Pay option when placing your order, you will be agreeing to pay any applicable cancellation fee. This is clearly noted on the item's ordering page as well as during check out. We strongly suggest that you read the terms before agreeing to the contract. By choosing 'Flex Pay', you agreed to pay any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Credit card companies or any other financial institution (i.e. Paypal) submitting a dispute to DarkSide Collectibles will be given a copy of this legal agreement, which results in a dismissal of the dispute.     If we required to make a refund to you then we will generate a refund as soon as possible depending always by the manufacturer.

    If we required to make a refund to you as a result of a mistake of ours or because you changed your mind then we will generate a refund within 1-5 working days and if we ask you to return the product then the refund will take place after receiving the item into our warehouse. We retain the right to refund the customer via whatever method is deemed appropriate. In most circumstances involving credit card transactions, we will refund to the credit card account used to purchase.

    You have ordered a product and the price has changed?

    DO NOT BE TROUBLED. Your booking price is confirmed and any increase will not affect your order.

    Unfortunatelly as soon as the product is no longer available directly from the manufacturer we have to order extra quantities by local distributors. This has as result an increase in the price of the product.

    This also affects products which are instock but come from different wholesale channels. As soon as our low price stock is depleted the product will be advertised with the higher price.
    TIPS FOR CUSTOMERS
    Always pre order close to the initial marketing date of the product to get the best price possible.

    EXTREME CASES OF PRICE CHANGES
    Please note in rare occasions a price increase may be due to the following reasons.

    - Increase of price by the manufacturers
    - Dramatic change between the currency exchange rates USD to Euro
    In the above extreme cases the valid price will be the new price even if you have booked it at a lower one.

    Thinking of refusing a package -waaaait a minute! CONTACT US -we have super powers. If something isn't right with the package / order, we may be able to help you, and it will be faster than the time it takes to process a 'refused package' back into our warehouse. So please weigh your options before refusing a package, that may incur charges.
    What?! Ok, ok, we understand. CONTACT US! We can help you return it through the proper channels. If you refuse a package in the EU, please know you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Once the collectible is back in warehouse, we will refund you -less any applicable return shipping charges and non-refundable deposits.
    If you refuse a package, resulting in the return and/or abandonment of your collectible you will still be responsible for all VAT Fees, Import fees, Return shipping costs and Abandonment fees. These fees will be deducted from your refund. If greater than the product(s) price, Sideshow may bill you for the balance.
    We can provide you with a quote prior to the item shipping. If you are an international customer, we suggest that you also contact your local customs office for a quote on VAT or import fees as well.

    Come to the light...with a few troubleshooting suggestions that have worked for us in the past! Please be sure to perform the below suggestions while the piece is off.

    Fresh batteries! It's rare, but sometimes the batteries included in the package may be dead on arrival.

    Clean the Connections! Sometimes clear glossy paint can interfere with the electrical current. Examine and clean the connections by lightly applying some rubbing alcohol with a Q-tip and / or cleaning wipe.

    Turn it on! Leave it on! After cleaning, reassemble your piece and turn it on, and leave it on for 10-20 minutes...sometimes it just needs time.
    If this doesnt work please contact us and we will contact the manufacturer for a suitable solution.

    On each product's page choose the Flex Payment option and check the available installments. Choose the most suitable and proceed to check out. Important! The first installment would be the Non Refundable Deposit for both categories IN STOCK & PRE ORDER.

  • For correct use of the flex payment system please note that your cart must contain products that have the same number of installment options. For example 10 installments. If your cart contains a product with 10 flex payments and a product with 6 flex payments you will not be able to proceed to checkout.     • FLEXPAY ITEM CANCELLATION FEES

    Due to the increased administrative costs of the Flex Pay option, DarkSide Collectibles Studio will charge Flex Pay customers a cancellation fee when a flex pay order is canceled by the customer. The cancellation fee would be the first installment Non Refundable Deposit plus an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product.
    If you already paid a NRD (non-refundable deposit) and then you decided to go with an installment plan, that will serve as your cancellation fee.

    By choosing the Flex Pay option when placing your order, you will be agreeing to pay any applicable cancellation fee. This is clearly noted on the item’s ordering page as well as during check out. We strongly suggest that you read the terms before agreeing to the contract. By choosing 'Flex Pay', you agreed to pay any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Credit card companies or any other financial institution (i.e. Paypal) submitting a dispute to DarkSide Collectibles will be given a copy of this legal agreement, which results in a dismissal of the dispute.     Τo secure your Pre-order will require a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit as well as the amount required will be clearly stated prior to check out.

    Flex Pay Pre Order Items: The Non Refundable Deposit associated with the product will be charged in case of cancellation of your order. 

    In all cases of cancellation of your flex pay order an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product will apply on top of the already placed Non Refundable Deposit fees .

    Customers who have a pre-order with us will receive an invoice with the remaining balance & shipping (if the shipping is already paid then we need to verify the dimensions of the product and if any difference applies then you will be notified accordingly) when the item arrives in our warehouses. If you no longer wish to receive your order, we ask that you please cancel it as soon as possible through email at [email protected]. The non-refundable deposit is the cancellation penalty for pre-orders cancelled during this time frame.

    Otherwise if you have already paid the total amount and you have not cancelled your order with us by the time your order leaves hence the shipping process has already began then you will additionally be responsible for any and all shipping fees and package return fees.

    Due to the increased administrative costs of the Flex Pay option, DarkSide Collectibles Studio will charge Flex Pay customers a cancellation fee when a flex pay order is canceled by the customer. The cancellation fee would be the first installment Non Refundable Deposit plus an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product.

    If you already paid a NRD (non-refundable deposit) and then you decided to go with an installment plan, that will serve as your cancellation fee. The NRD will takes the place of any cancellation fees.

    By choosing the Flex Pay option when placing your order, you will be agreeing to pay any applicable cancellation fee. This is clearly noted on the item's ordering page as well as during check out. We strongly suggest that you read the terms before agreeing to the contract. By choosing 'Flex Pay', you agreed to pay any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Credit card companies or any other financial institution (i.e. Paypal) submitting a dispute to DarkSide Collectibles will be given a copy of this legal agreement, which results in a dismissal of the dispute. Also, any accounts with pending charge backs will be disabled to avoid further billing and shipping issues while all concerns are resolved.

    If we required to make a refund to you then we will generate a refund as soon as possible depending always by the manufacturer.

    If we required to make a refund to you as a result of a mistake of ours or because you changed your mind then we will generate a refund within 1-5 working days and if we ask you to return the product then the refund will take place after receiving the item into our warehouse. We retain the right to refund the customer via whatever method is deemed appropriate. In most circumstances involving credit card transactions, we will refund to the credit card account used to purchase.
